Due to COVID-19 (coronavirus), THN Clinic has instituted many new measures to ensure your safety and the safety of all our patients and staff. 

These measures include:

  • Heightened screening of patients and staff
  • Physical barriers to enforce social distancing
  • Strict physical distancing measures wherever possible
  • All staff will be wearing a mask at all times
  • Increased access to virtual consultation/telehealth strategies
  • Enhanced electronic communication strategies
  • Augmented air filtration measures

We will continue to adapt to the changing landscape to ensure best practices at the Clinic.

To that end, we would ask that you adhere to the following new COVID-era rules:

  • Please be on time. Do not arrive very early or very late for your appointment. We need to honour space limitations and distancing measures in our waiting room. You may be asked to wait outside the clinic until such time as we can safely call you into the waiting room. Please be patient with us.
  • Please come alone. Unless the patient is a minor or requires a caregiver chaperone, patients will not be permitted to enter with a family member for accompaniment.
  • Please do not bring multiple belongings with you (bags, purses, etc.), just the bare minimum.
  • Please wear a mask. If you do not arrive wearing a mask, you WILL NOT be admitted into the clinic. Masks will be on sale at the pharmacy across the hall for approximately $2.
  • Please bring your OHIP card. For non-OHIP patients, payment is accepted in cash only. Please provide 24 hours notice to change or cancel your appointment, or a no-show fee of $100 will apply.

IMPORTANT: please COMPLETE the online COVID self-assessment questionnaire (https://Covid-19.ontario.ca/self-assessment48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.  If you fail the screening questionnaire, please do NOT come to your appointment at THN Clinic; rather, follow the instructions provided to you by the questionnaire.  Please DO LET US KNOW if you will not be attending your appointment.  Please note that you WILL ALSO BE SCREENED upon arrival at the clinic before being granted entry on the day of your appointment.  If you fail this screen, you WILL NOT be permitted into the clinic and will need to contact your GP and reschedule your appointment.

Please complete these and either e-mail to the office prior to your appointment (info@thnclinic.com), or bring the completed hard copy version to your appointment and provide to the reception desk when you check-in.
