Balance Care

Are You Dizzy?

Dizziness affects approximately 30%-40% of people at some point in time. Vertigo, the most common type of dizziness, is often described as a person feeling the environment or objects around him/her are moving. It often feels like a spinning or swaying movement, and there can be difficulties with nausea, vomiting, walking, visual disturbance and headache.

The number of causes of dizziness is vast, and accurate diagnosis is elusive to those clinicians not equipped with extensive experience, training, and modern diagnostic equipment, all of which are an essential focus of our practice.

Vestibular Rehab Therapy

Vertigo can be extremely disorienting, anxiety-provoking and stressful, but treatments are available and must be tailored to each individual patient.
