
Dr. Robert Irvine
Dr. Robert Irvine is an Otolaryngologist (Ear, Nose and Throat specialist) with more than 35 years of clinical experience providing comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and non-surgical management of disorders affecting the ears, nose, throat, head, and neck.
His practice focuses on office-based care for a broad range of conditions, including hearing loss, tinnitus, dizziness, ear infections, cerumen impaction, nasal and sinus disorders, voice and swallowing disorders, oral lesions, and neck masses. When surgical intervention is required, he collaborates closely with trusted surgical colleagues to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.
Dr. Irvine is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative environment. He believes that patients make the best decisions when they understand their diagnosis and treatment options, and he is known for taking the time to listen carefully, communicate clearly, and develop individualized management plans. His goal is for every patient to leave with a thorough understanding of their condition and confidence in the next steps of their care.

Dr. Rickul Varshney
Dr. Rickul Varshney completed his residency training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at McGill University, followed by a fellowship in rhinology and advanced sinus surgery in the US, with expertise in the medical and surgical management of complex sinonasal disorders.
He also completed a Master’s degree with a focus on virtual reality training for surgical residents and students. He maintains a broad ENT practice and manages the full spectrum of adult otolaryngologic concerns, including nasal and sinus pathology, ear disorders, voice and swallowing disorders and neck masses.
He enjoys sports, travelling and movies when not practicing medicine.

Dr. Mark Korman
Dr. Korman is licensed to practice medicine in the province of Ontario and is board-certified in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. He received his MD, surgical and specialist training at the University of Toronto, where he holds an appointment as Adjunct Lecturer in the Faculty of Medicine, Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. He supervises and teaches medical students and residents from the University of
Toronto and McMaster University on a regular basis.
Dr. Korman is Active Staff and Division Head of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery at William Osler Health System and a Consultant Assessor at the West Park Healthcare Centre. His clinical practice interests include general otolaryngology, head and neck endocrine surgery
(thyroid and parathyroid surgery), and he chairs the multidisciplinary thyroid cancer care group at William Osler Health system. Dr. Korman also has an active hair transplant surgery practice(www.follicle.ca).
Dr. Korman has extensive experience in conducting independent medical examinations and in preparing medical-legal reports and he has been appointed by the Registrar of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) as a Medical Inspector under section 75(1)(a) of the Health Professionals Procedural Code. He is a Peer Reviewer and the Otolaryngology –Head & Neck Surgery and Cosmetic Surgery Lead Assessor for the CPSO Practice Assessment & Enhancement Department, Quality Management Division. He is also an inspector of surgical facilities under the CPSO Out-of-Hospital Premises Inspection Program. He has been qualified as an expert witness and has given testimony at the Licence Appeals Tribunal and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

Dr. Ahmed Saleem is an Otolaryngologist (Ear, Nose and Throat specialist) – Head & Neck Surgeon with a special interest in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Completed residency training in Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery and fellowship training in Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Toronto.
